“This is by far the best motel experience you can get for $80 a night. The room was clean with absolutely no bugs and no visible mold, and the themed room decor was silly but charming. Check in and check out were a breeze. The best attribute was the customer service. The proprietor went above and beyond what I expected. He was kind, anticipated our needs, and ensured that the potentially scary experience of staying at a cheap motel was instead a safe and relaxing stay. He even noticed we were checking the pressure in our tires and offered an air compressor to fill them. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I applied the owners of the Colony Inn Motel for their facility management and customer service. They provide a great value for the price, no question.”

“I am pleased with the room and motel in general. I haven't seen any bugs, the room I was in, room 19, is clean and dry, no mold smell. I would recommend that room. The owners are pleasant and helpful, but they are cheap. I had someone fix a leaking sink at 3am and they refused to reimburse me. I would recommend this motel to anyone wishing to stay in the White Marsh/Middle River area. Definitely better than the other motels on Route 40. I'm not a family member, just someone who needed to rent a room.”
